In 1999 Canadian brothers Reouven & Nathaniel Perez laid the foundation of Medi 1 link, in Shanghai. Their 35 years of combined experience in manufacturing and staff management in China, has made M1L a Tier 1 supply medical supplies management organization.

Today under their guidance & with a growing team of seasoned merchandisers & project managers, supported by a Gold Standard Quality Control Department, M1L has become a global player in the consumer goods sourcing domain for high-end brands worldwide.

Reouven Perez

Founder & CEO

  • Reouven Perez’s China experience date back to 1996 and includes manufacturing and local market development for a leading Canadian brand and International trade. An amiable, outgoing personality and Business degree holder from McGill University, Reouven has helped in shaping M1L at its present state of success. His key responsibilities involve envisioning the strategic direction of the company and driving the Sales/Marketing and Finance divisions.

Nathaniel Perez

Co-Founder & COO

  • Nathaniel Perez brings 15 years of technical and staff management experience to his position at M1L. He is a versatile “hands on” leader with extensive experience in project management (in various product categories) and navigating the intricacies of a Chinese supply chain. Nathaniel is the key person taking care of the entire day to day operations of the company and most importantly the heart of M1L- the QA dept. He is also the brain behind the elaborate project management software customized for the organization

  • M1L’s QA dept is the cornerstone of the business. The key-holder of this dept is held by the QA manager with over 20 years of experience in China in the QA domain including managing teams of inspectors. The mantra of the team is zero tolerance and proactive supply chain management.

    All M1L projects are managed under an elaborate QS system using an AQL standard at various levels. Also ensuring full compliance with international standards including ISO9001, WRAP,BSCI, SA8000 , ETC.

  • M1L’S logistical department consists of a department manager and assistants who oversee the entire logistical operation. Bringing 15 years of skill sets to the table specifically in the medical supplies industry, the Medi1Link team has the expertise to get the fastest and lowest cost logistics rates.
